Allergy & Rosacea

I have a chronic skin condition called, "Rosacea," that causes redness on my cheeks, nose, forehead, and eyes. According to a dermatologist, I have mild Rosacea. However, this condition affects my eyes, causing redness and irritation. Due to this condition and plus, allergy problems, the upper and lower eyelids (especially lower eyelids) of both of my eyes are always somewhat swollen. Some yellowish mucous are often found in the area of lacrimal tissues and white secretion is slightly produced and built upon both eyelids of my eyes. I have visited with six different ophthalmologists, a dermatologist, and an allergy specialist. Some of them say that it is allergic conjunctivitis and others say that it is allergic conjunctivitis and occular rosacea. I have taken all kinds of oral medications for my allergy and skin condition, including tetracycline and docycline, and applied many eye drops described by different ophthalmologists that have some type of steroids in them. In fact, these eyedrops caused the lacrimal tissues to permanently swell. Overall, this condition I have seems to progress very slowly for a long period of time and unfortunately, affects my social life tremendously. Would there be any remedy for this condition? Any hope?
